Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive banking experience.
• Senior level banking leadership experience preferred.
• Strong sales leadership and team coaching.
• Proven ability to drive deposits, loans, and membership growth.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch Manager(s) and Consumer Banking Team to grow deposits and loans.
• Develop strategic plans to grow membership and market share.
• Set performance expectations, goals, and service standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing on growth campaigns and member engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and coach staff to meet targets.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the market area.
