Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Management, or closely related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive banking experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of senior level banking leadership preferred.
• Strong upward, lateral, and downward communication skills.
• Experience in KPI leadership strategy preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch Manager(s) and Consumer Banking Team to drive growth and profitability.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Consumer Banking Team and develop plans to grow deposits and loans.
• Establish performance expectations, production goals, and service standards for branches.
• Partner with Marketing to drive member growth and engagement campaigns.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for market area.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls across branch operations.
• Coach and develop staff, oversee hiring and performance management.
