Qualifications

Minimum of five years of progressive banking experience.
Sales leadership experience required.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Lead Consumer Banking team and Branch Managers to drive growth and profitability.
Develop strategic plans to grow deposits and consumer/mortgage loan leads.
Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls across branches.
Coach staff and manage performance; oversee hiring and training with HR.
Partner with Marketing to implement campaigns for market share growth.
Monitor KPIs and provide reporting; drive member experience and satisfaction.
