CraneWorks in Panama City, FL is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow a newly established branch for CraneWorks and RentalWorks. You will drive sales, safety, service levels, and operational excellence while building a capable local team and strong customer relationships.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. Travel and overnight work are expected in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in branch management, sales, or operations.
• Experience with crane or heavy equipment rental is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for CraneWorks and RentalWorks branch operations.
• Develop local market presence and key accounts.
• Coordinate sales, service, dispatch and safety
• Manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability.
• Lead recruiting, training, and performance reviews.
