CraneWorks/RentalWorks is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a newly established branch, driving market growth, safety, and profitability in the Lanett area. This role blends commercial leadership with hands-on operations, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will grow customer relationships, manage branch performance, and ensure safe, reliable, and profitable operations across CraneWorks and RentalWorks. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in branch or sales management.
• Experience with crane operations or equipment rental.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for branch operations, sales, customer service, and market growth.
• Develop local market presence by building customer relationships and target accounts.
• Coordinate crane and rental operations to meet client commitments.
• Manage branch personnel, schedule, and performance expectations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient use of equipment.
• Lead revenue growth and manage branch P&L.
• Foster collaboration between CraneWorks and RentalWorks.
