Job summary

• Experience using 3d Lift Plan programs.
• Understands and monitors fleet utilization.

• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Proven experience as a Manager.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to accidents/incidents and report to Safety Director.
• Assign primary duties and daily tasks to staff, actively managing work progress.
• Assist in scheduling, administration and inventory tasks.
• Understand and use Visual Dispatch for daily operations.
• Collaborate with Service Manager to troubleshoot repairs.
• Conduct branch meetings and daily huddles to align activities.
• Schedule workers according to demands and economic conditions.
• Provide feedback and evaluate employee performance.
• Enforce all CW/RW policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments and management levels.
