Job summary

Precision Pump and Valve (PPV), an MCE Company, Midland, TX, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, develop a strong local team, and drive profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work with district and regional leadership to set goals, manage budgets, and represent PPV in the Midland market, building lasting partnerships and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and management capable of running a branch operation.
• Strong sales, customer service and interpersonal skills with leadership by example.
• Clear verbal and written communication to set expectations and resolve issues.
• Well organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise day-to-day Midland branch operations and staff.
• Collaborate with district and regional leadership to set goals and performance standards.
• Maintain branch profitability and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members; manage performance and employee relations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
