Job summary

National Trench Safety seeks a Branch Manager in Jacksonville to lead daily operations and sales for a small branch. You will drive revenue, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop staff while maintaining safety compliance with OSHA and DOT standards.

This safety-sensitive role requires implementing branch plans, managing budgets, and optimizing profitability. You will oversee dispatch, inventory, and pricing decisions to support branch goals and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in operations and sales management, preferably in trench shoring or construction.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements branch business plan for sales and financial goals with operational leadership.
• Creates and manages operational plans and budgets to meet branch goals and monitors performance.
• Ensure Branch safety plans and trainings are implemented and maintained.
• Manage branch fleet inventory to maximize operations and revenue.
• Manage Profit and Loss reporting & Operational reviews.
• Generate, process, analyze, and review daily business reports.
• Effectively manage and develop a diverse team.
• Review costs and pricing to ensure profitability targets.
• Oversee branch inventory for accuracy and security, cycle counting.
• Maintain branch property and equipment security and upkeep schedules.
• Control branch operational costs, including labor, supplies, freight, utilities.
• Manage storage and delivery operations from receiving to order fulfillment.
