Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, and delinquency management.

• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while ensuring performance expectations are met.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
