Qualifications

• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply judgment.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to meet branch sales goals and customer expectations.
• Market branch products to customers and potential customers.
• Conduct collection calls to arrange payment on customer accounts.
• Originate new loans with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is correct and interactions are documented.
• Meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Engage customers to identify needs and respond promptly.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and privileged information.
• Adhere to all 1FFC policies and procedures.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations.
• Exhibit knowledge of all 1FFC products.
• Seek additional opportunities and responsibilities.
