You will work closely with the Branch Manager and staff to grow relationships, approve loans within authority, and drive profitability while maintaining service excellence.

This role requires onsite work at our Chester, SC branch, with travel as needed. Candidates should have 1-2 years in financial services, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Onsite branch work is essential
• Travel as required
• 1-2 years in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff
• Ability to meet Licensing requirements
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Confidential information handling
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures that Branch growth and profitability goals are met
• Manages all loans including approval of customer loans and sales contracts
• Maintains delinquency control and engages with delinquencies
• Delegates daily assignments of solicitation to customers
• Oversees personnel management including hiring, termination and salary administration
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service
• Ensures timely communication to all Branch employees
• Follows up on Audit results and recommendations
