Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase Branch in Indianapolis, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences, growing deposits and investments, and coaching a high-performing team. You will oversee operations, risk management, and community engagement while representing the brand with hospitality and the latest financial technology.

You will complete the Branch Manager Training Program and may travel for in-person training and meetings.

Qualifications

2+ years of management or Chase leadership experience.
High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
