Job summary

Wallace Finance in Oklahoma is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, supervise staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will train new employees, enforce policies, and report performance to the District Manager while driving branch growth.

The role includes maintaining customer relations, managing accounts and receivables, and resolving escalated issues. Occasional travel may be required as part of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees and develop their skills and understanding of company policies and branch operations.
• Keep the District Manager up to date on overall branch performance.
• Provide leadership to motivate staff and maintain branch production by company standards.
• Maintain growth in accounts and receivables by attracting new borrowers and retaining existing ones.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Maintain internal audits to satisfactory or better.
• Address all delinquent work daily and resolve serious customer issues.
