Wallace Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to provide on-site day-to-day management and supervision of branch staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities

• Provide on-site day-to-day management and supervision of branch employees.
• Trains new employees and develops their skills and understanding of company policies and branch operations.
• Keep the District Manager up to date on the overall performance of the branch.
• Provide leadership to motivate employees and drive branch production to meet company standards.
• Maintain growth in accounts and receivables by attracting new borrowers and retaining existing ones.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Ensure internal audits meet satisfactory standards.
• Address delinquent work and escalate serious customer issues as needed.
