Responsibilities

• Provide on-site day-to-day management and supervision of branch employees.
• Train new employees and develop their skills in line with company policies and laws governing consumer finance.
• Maintain communication with District Manager on branch performance and issues.
• Drive growth by acquiring new borrowers and retaining existing customers; ensure audits are satisfactory.
