Job summary

Wallace Finance in Wilburton, OK, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, supervise staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. This on-site role is part of a growing network of small consumer loan offices, with a track record dating back to 1980.

You will train new employees, drive growth in accounts and receivables, maintain internal audits, handle delinquent issues, and report performance to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing a team in a financial services or retail setting.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Strong supervision and training skills for new staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site day-to-day management and supervision of branch employees.
• Trains new employees and develops their skills and understanding of company policies and all phases of branch operations, procedures and laws governing the consumer finance business.
• Keep the District Manager up to date on the overall performance of the branch.
• Provide leadership necessary to motivate employees and create and maintain a high degree of branch production by achieving company standards.
• Maintain consistent growth in accounts and receivables through obtaining new borrowers and retaining existing borrowers.
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Maintain good customer relations
• Maintain internal audits to satisfactory or better.
• See that all delinquent work is completed each day.
• Handle all serious customer issues that require management assistance.
