Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Associate's degree with 3 years of sales management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
• Understanding of advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and sales function of larger volume branch or stand-alone banking centers in the individual market areas.
• Leads the team to ensure an exceptional customer and team member experience.
• Owns customer issues and communicates effectively.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer and staff information.
• Drives community-focused sales and outside business engagement.
• Keeps up with industry regulations and bank policies.
• Manages process changes and communicates initiatives across the branch.
• Trains staff on sales, policy, risk management and security.
• May work at other First Mid Banking centers.
