Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years in retail sales and customer service.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and driving performance.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial data using advanced math.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations and sales at a larger branch or stand-alone center.
• Leads team to deliver exceptional customer and staff experience.
• Manages staff, coaching, and scheduling for optimum service.
• Monitors branch budgeting, compliance, and policy adherence.
• Drives deposits, loans, and cross-sell of bank products.
• Represents First Mid in the market with professional conduct.
