Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail bank sales management or related operations
• 5+ years in retail sales management
• 12+ months Santander experience related to Branch Manager responsibilities
• 3+ years selling products/services in incentive-based environment
• Proven leadership and customer-centric approach
• Ability to educate customers on digital tools and platforms

Responsibilities

• Direct branch performance to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue
