Job summary

BMO Financial Group’s Boulder branch seeks a customer-focused leader who coaches staff to deliver superior service to customers and prospects. You will shape the branch strategy, drive sales, and manage referrals while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

You will guide relationship building in the community, supervise daily operations, and ensure outstanding customer outcomes consistent with BMO’s standards.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant banking experience and leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and compliance.
• Experience with sales development and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and execute branch business plans for growth.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to other groups.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
