BMO is seeking a Retail Banking Sales & Service professional to guide customers in financial solutions and to drive branch growth. You will conduct sales calls, build referrals, and deliver exceptional service aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will advise customers on products, maintain relationships, and coordinate with other teams to meet objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree.
• Previous supervisory/management experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Strong understanding of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
• Familiarity with branch operations, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative teamwork.

• Develops and executes a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Conducts sales calls and builds a personal referral network for customer acquisition.
• Advises customers on products and strategies to meet financial objectives.
