PNC is seeking a Branch Manager based in Bloomington, IL. You will lead a team to deliver an exceptional client experience, drive revenue, and manage risk in an omni-channel banking environment.

This in-office role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and community engagement to grow branch profitability and customer loyalty. The position requires extensive leadership experience in banking, a focus on customer-centric solutions, and the ability to work within PNC's regulatory framework.

Formación

• Work Experience: Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required.
• Education: No Degree.
• Certifications: No Required Certification(s).
• Licenses: Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. This position requires the ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
