PNC in Illinois seeks an experienced Branch Manager based in Kankakee. You will lead branch performance, drive revenue, and deliver a differentiated client experience in an omni‑channel environment.

You will build a high‑performing team, coach to consultative selling, manage risk and compliance, and partner with ecosystem relationships to expand share‑of‑wallet. Strong leadership and people management are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of related experience
• At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
