MidCountry Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to drive sales, service, and operations at the Minnesota branch. You will lead and develop staff and be accountable for achieving branch financial goals.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, regulatory compliance, and community engagement, with responsibilities spanning customer acquisition, deposit growth, and loan processing to support the bank's objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management or related degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in banking, financial services and/or managing a retail team.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage sales, service, and operations for the branch.
• Provide leadership and development for the branch staff and be accountable for meeting branch financial goals.
• Lead team through coaching, staffing, and performance reviews; ensure regulatory compliance and security procedures.
• Build relationships with business partners and communities to grow deposits, loans and referrals.
