Job summary

TopLine Financial Credit Union in Minnesota seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead retail sales and branch operations. You will coach staff, manage performance, ensure compliance, and drive growth while delivering outstanding member service.

Requires four-year degree in Finance or Business and at least five years in retail sales/lending, with supervisory experience; travel between branches may be required.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize essential.
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational project management skills essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work with numerous interruptions essential.
• Must have the ability to travel between credit union branch offices and other off-site locations as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, coaching and guiding the retail sales functions and operational branch staff.
• Pursue achievement of organizational goals and objectives as outlined by TopLine Senior Management.
• Promote and lead a sales and service culture that guides branch growth and profitability.
• Endorse TopLine's mission of exceeding member expectations, and strive to achieve member satisfaction.
• Maintain quality and committed service to provide difference making service levels to the credit union’s membership.
• Ensure teamwork in all areas by coaching and providing support to departments throughout the organization.
