Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is acceptable with 1+ years in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Bachelor's Degree and prior management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to drive branch performance.

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
