Job summary

MidCountry Bank in Waconia, MN is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales, service and operations of the branch. You will provide leadership and development for staff and drive achievement of branch financial goals.

The role covers client acquisitions, deposit growth, loan processing, regulatory compliance, and community engagement, with a schedule of 40 hours weekly and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in banking, financial services and/or managing a retail team.

Responsibilities

• Set clear goals that tie to the branch vision and mission.
• Provide ongoing coaching to help teams reach financial targets and company objectives.
• Recruit, hire and onboard talent; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Lead sales and service for deposits, loans and cross-selling.
