Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Four years of consumer lending may substitute for degree.
• Three years in financial services.
• Three years in sales or customer service.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals.
• Customer Focus: Ensure excellent customer service and strong relationships.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, budget management, and policy compliance.
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on sales and customer excellence.
