Amegy Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, seeks an experienced Branch Manager for the Northwest Crossing, Houston, TX branch. You will lead a high-performing team, drive business growth, and deliver a superior banking experience to clients and the community.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in sales growth, customer service, and leadership within retail banking. This full-time role reports to the Area Manager and requires NMLS compliance and market expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of retail banking and operations experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue in retail banking.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance and daily operations, driving loans, deposits, and service quality.
• Develop and grow client relationships and identify revenue opportunities.
• Provide strategic sales leadership and foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee operations with focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Originate and manage credit relationships across consumer and business lending.
• Engage with the community to strengthen local partnerships.
