Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of management experience or completion of Management Trainee program.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle with liability insurance.
• Ability to pass drug, criminal and credit background checks.
• Willingness to relocate for career advancement (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to drive branch profitability.
• Manage branch P&L, drive loan growth and portfolio performance.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses and Account Managers.
• Oversee loan approvals, collections and customer service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
