Applied Industrial Technologies in Muncie, IN is seeking a Branch Manager to combine sales leadership with P&L responsibility, overseeing Inside and Outside Sales teams while serving industrial B2B customers.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, drive sales growth, manage service center operations, and build strong customer relationships to maximize profitability and market share.

Formación

• 3+ years proven B2B outside industrial sales experience, calling on front office & plant personnel.
• Leadership experience and ability to build teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and English grammar.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• Problem solving, multi-tasking, sense of urgency and humor.
• Solid computer skills and clean driving record.
• Bearings and/or power transmission sales experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Inside and Outside Sales team with P&L responsibility.
• Develop sales strategies, coaching, and mentoring.
• Call on and develop customers in the field and coach Account Managers.
• Manage service center activities, profitability and growth.
• Drive sales activities, territory management and margins.
• Identify new customers and market opportunities.
• Maintain high customer relations and satisfaction.
• Lead training for sales expertise and product knowledge.
• Create a positive, dynamic, and fun work environment.
