Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for the Oakdale, PA location to lead our Field Operations, rentals, and sales within a defined region.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, safety, budget stewardship, and profitability. This role reports to the VP of FieldForce and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in equipment, construction, or industrial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of management experience in equipment rentals, construction, water services, or industrial field services.
• Experience overseeing operations, personnel, logistics, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch activities related to rentals, services, and customer support.
• Direct regional sales efforts with a strong pipeline and high win rate.
• Oversee project planning, equipment set-up, execution, demobilization, and maintenance.
