Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a branch leadership role near Nashville with full P&L ownership. You will drive growth, profit, safety and customer relationships while leading a NETA testing and maintenance branch outside Nashville.

You will hire and mentor technicians, schedule field work, review quotes, and coordinate with sister branches to win big projects. Travel up to 50% is required, and flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory/branch leadership.
• P&L or profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%
