Moore Home Services is seeking an Electrical Operations Manager to lead the residential electrical department and drive growth. This role oversees service, installation, training, safety, and financial performance, ensuring high workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential electrical work with leadership experience, NEC expertise, and a proven ability to build teams and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and residential electrical systems.
• Experience managing budgets, profitability, KPIs, and operational performance.
• License preferred or required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team of electricians and apprentices.
• Oversee day-to-day electrical operations including service, repair, and installation projects.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance for complex diagnostics and installations.
• Partner with leadership to develop goals, budgets, and growth plans.
• Monitor KPIs, labor productivity, revenue, and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and customer service for stellar service.
• Support estimating, job scoping, and proposal development.
