Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, seeks a Branch Manager for Champaign and Danville, IL. You will lead sales, logistics, and admin activities, develop strategic plans, monitor profitability, and optimize inventory turns to drive branch results.

The role allows work from either location with weekly travel between sites; salary includes an incentive plan and opportunities for growth. You will build customer and supplier relationships and guide branch teams toward top performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business, sales or operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven ability to build customer/vendor relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch performance and align with policies.
• Oversee budgeting for Champaign and Danville.
• Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships.
• Monitor territory conditions and grow market share.
• Oversee inventory status and daily reconciliations.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and achieve sales goals.
• Lead training and qualification of branch employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address issues.
• Interview and hire branch staff.
• Report accidents and follow safety processes.
