You will oversee inventory, daily operations, and staff development, with weekly travel to the Danville location. A strong background in branch management and the electrical distribution industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business, sales or operations management with strategic planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Proven ability to build customer and vendor relationships.
• Ability to read financial reports and drive improvements.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance to align with policies and culture.
• Oversee Champaign & Danville budgets and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor territory conditions and grow market share in industrial/contractor segments.
• Oversee inventory status and reconciliation processes.
• Support training and qualifications of branch staff and conduct evaluations.
• Interview and hire branch personnel and ensure safety compliance.
