Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, seeks a Branch Manager for the Alexandria, VA location. You will oversee sales, administration, and operations, drive market growth, manage budgeting, inventory control and customer satisfaction, and lead a team to maximize profitability and service quality.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, logistics and a strong understanding of electrical products distribution.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical products and distribution industry with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Eclipse ERP is preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/training experience.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate, meet, and exceed customer needs with urgency and reliability.
• Grow market share through account management and strong customer relations.
• Provide leadership to projects and sales staff to increase sales and margins.
• Manage branch administration, operations, and budgeting.
