Echo Electric, a leading member of the Sonepar family, seeks a Branch Manager for the Champaign and Danville, IL locations. You will lead sales, logistics, and administrative functions to optimize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Weekly inter-branch oversight and a performance-driven incentive plan accompany a competitive salary. You will develop budgets, foster key customer/vendor relationships, monitor market conditions, and drive team development while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business, sales or operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated customer and vendor relationship building.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and implement improvements.
• Demonstrated leadership and people development abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Willingness to travel and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch performance to align with policies and culture.
• Oversee Budgets for Champaign and Danville and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor territory conditions and grow market share in industrial/contractor sectors.
• Oversee inventory status and daily reconciliations.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive sales goals.
• Train and qualify branch staff; conduct evaluations and hires.
• Report accidents and follow safety HR guidance.
