Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is seeking a Branch Manager for our Eastlake, OH location. The role leads branch performance, budgeting, and customer development within Ohio and surrounding states. You will oversee inventory, safety, HR processes, and supplier relations, while driving sales and market share.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business, sales or operations management with planning, resources and forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated customer and vendor relationship building and maintenance skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and regulations to improve business.
• Proven leadership to coach and develop talent and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication to top management and partners.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch performance and align with policies and culture.
• Oversee Eastlake budget preparation and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor territory conditions and grow market share in industrial and contractor markets.
• Oversee branch inventory status and reconcile discrepancies.
• Interact with customers to drive service and achieve sales goals.
• Support development of all branch employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and talent reviews with HR.
• Interview and hire applicants emphasizing culture add.
• Report accidents and follow safety/HR guidance.
