Regional Finance is seeking a Branch Manager in a key leadership role. You will drive branch profitability, manage P&L, and grow loan portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, tax and compliance discipline, and building local business partnerships. Eligible candidates will have management experience and a customer-focused, sales-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• 1+ years of Consumer Finance experience (preferred).
• College degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to drive branch profitability.
• Manage branch P&L, marketing and partnerships.
• Present loan solutions to customers and grow loan portfolio.
• Oversee cash handling, lending documentation and reporting.
• Build customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Coordinate staffing with Recruiting and District Supervisors.
• Train staff on policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintain relationships with local retail businesses and partners.
