Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Florida branch, overseeing deposits, investments, operations, and coaching the team to deliver exceptional client service with hospitality. You will model our values and drive growth while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

You will cultivate relationships with local businesses, lead with integrity, and coach staff to achieve results in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

You have a high school degree or GED.
2+ years of management or Chase leadership experience.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
