Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy Florida branch, delivering exceptional client service and a welcoming environment. You will coach the team, drive growth in deposits and investments, and ensure risk controls are in place. This role emphasizes hospitality, integrity, and community engagement.

You will partner with specialists to address clients' financial needs and uphold Chase's standards across operations and service excellence.

Qualifications

2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
High school degree required; college degree preferred.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of clients to build lasting relationships and trust.

Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to stay ahead in the industry.
Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and engage with the community.
Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment and adhering to policies.
