Job summary

Lookout Pest Control, LLC is seeking a driven Branch Manager to lead our Crossville, TN operations. You will own the branch P&L, drive revenue, manage fleet and inventory, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while building a strong team.

You will coach field technicians, sales staff, and office personnel, foster accountability, and work with sales to grow market presence across the Southeast. This role offers a competitive base salary and performance bonus with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of branch, district, or operations management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L and hitting revenue targets.
• Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining frontline teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and operations management software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain required state pest control licensing (or currently licensed in TN).

Responsibilities

• Own full branch P&L, including revenue, expense management, and profitability targets.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage fleet, inventory, and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize cost.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop technicians, sales reps, and office staff.
• Foster accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field ride-alongs.
• Reduce turnover through strong team engagement and proactive workforce planning.
• Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, routes expansion, and retention strategies.
• Partner with sales staff to set targets and close accounts.
• Develop strategies to grow market share in Crossville and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial accounts and community partners.
