Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks in Lanett, AL seeks a Branch Manager to lead a new branch, drive market growth, and ensure safe, profitable operations for CraneWorks and RentalWorks. You will partner with multiple departments to build routines, recruit and develop the initial team, and deliver excellent service while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate has a hands-on leadership style with strong business judgment and the ability to influence across sales, service, dispatch, and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in branch management, sales management, or operations management.
• Knowledge of mobile cranes, crane operations, and crane load charts preferred; willingness to learn required.
• Experience with equipment rental operations and fleet utilization preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills, including P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for branch operations, sales, customer service, and market growth.
• Develop local market presence, relationships, and outside sales activity.
• Coach and develop branch personnel; manage staffing and performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and profitability across CraneWorks and RentalWorks.
