Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks in Lanett, AL seeks a Branch Manager to lead a newly established branch, drive revenue growth, and ensure safe, efficient operations across CraneWorks and RentalWorks. You will recruit, develop, and manage the initial team, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and establish disciplined operating processes to achieve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for CraneWorks and RentalWorks branch operations, sales, customer service and safety.
• Develop local market presence by building customer relationships and targeting accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Dispatch and HR to drive revenue and branch profitability.
• Ensure daily operations are safe, compliant, and efficiently executed.
• Manage branch P&L, staffing, and performance metrics.
