CraneWorks/RentalWorks in Lanett, AL seeks an Operations Manager – Branch Leader to build and run a new local branch. You will drive sales growth, oversee safety, asset utilization, and profitability while leading cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, strong business judgment, and a track record in equipment rental or crane services; expects travel, staff development, and disciplined processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in crane, heavy equipment, or equipment rental is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for CraneWorks and RentalWorks branch operations, sales execution, customer service, team development, and market growth.
• Build local market presence by developing customer relationships and target accounts.
• Partner with sales/ops/service/dispatch to convert opportunities into well‑executed jobs and rentals.
• Schedule staff and establish goals, performance expectations, and accountability.
• Ensure safety compliance and monitor branch P&L and operating expenses.
