Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks in Panama City, FL seeks a Branch Manager to lead a newly established branch, driving revenue, safety, and operational excellence across CraneWorks and RentalWorks.

You will recruit and develop the initial team, build key customer relationships, and implement disciplined operating processes to ensure profitable, safe, and reliable branch performance. This hands-on leader will align with General Managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in branch management, sales, or operations.
• Experience with equipment rental and crane operations is preferred.
• Strong ability to develop customers and manage branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for CraneWorks and RentalWorks branch operations, sales execution, customer service, team development, and market growth.
• Develop local market presence by building customer relationships, identifying target accounts, and representing the company.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, service, and dispatch to convert opportunities into rentals and services.
• Assign duties and manage progress, productivity, and staffing.
• Schedule employees according to business demands and establish performance guidelines.
• Maintain branch safety, compliance, and financial performance.
