Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail financial experience including 3+ years in a management capacity and 1 year consumer lending experience.

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach branch staff to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee opening deposits, loan interviews, and teller transactions while ensuring compliance.
• Represent the branch and foster relationships with the membership and community organizations.
• Support multiple branch locations and coordinate with other divisions as needed.
• Participate in interviewing and selecting branch staff and manage performance reviews.
