Kinsmith Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our Hilltop office, build strong customer relationships, and guide a team of branch employees.

You will manage loan applications, account decisions, and help achieve branch profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies. A high school diploma and experience in financial services or banking are preferred.
