Qualifications

• High level of platform and teller systems knowledge.
• Supervisory training/experience required.
• Up-to-date with banking regulations and principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform wide range of administrative activities at the branch.
• Coordinate and direct branch operations and staff to ensure efficient, profitable operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and objectives.
• Support calling officers to drive business development.
• Collaborate with Branch Administrator to achieve branch goals.
• Provide direct teller and customer service for the branch.
• May provide lending-related support functions.

About us

We are seeking a motivated individual for a Branch Manager position in our Berlin office. As a Branch Manager, under general direction, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative activities; coordinate and direct operations and personnel of the branch to ensure efficient and profitable operations; ensure compliance with established policies and objectives; provide support to calling officers to further business development efforts; and work with the Branch Administrator to achieve branch objectives and plans. You will also provide direct teller and customer service for the assigned branch. May provide lending related support functions.

Salary: $25.00-$34.00/ hour based on experience
